Best for interior period restoration and custom millwork
Dineen Construction
Dineen Construction is a Park Slope brownstone specialist on 9th Street, in business since the 1980s. They lean into restoration rather than gut-and-replace: custom woodworking and cabinetry, plaster, and period detail, plus the plumbing, HVAC, and exterior work (siding, windows) a wood-frame or masonry townhouse needs. Their focus is preserving and repairing a home's original character. They hold a NYC DCWP Home Improvement Contractor license, confirmed active in city records.

Permit counts reflect the scale of permit-requiring work and confirm an active Master Plumber license; they are nota quality or popularity score. Routine service calls don't require permits, so a small-jobs plumber may have few or none.
