Best for panel and service upgrades
Riviera Electric
NYC Master Electrician license #012526 · verified active
Riviera Electric is a family-run shop in Sunset Park (579 46th St) that handles the big permitted jobs: meter and service upgrades, panel replacements, EV chargers, and DOB violation removal. The license is one of the most active in Brooklyn by permit volume, and the owners answer the phone. Taking a 1920s 60-amp fuse box up to a 200-amp panel is squarely the kind of work they do.

Source: NYC Department of Buildings approved-permit records (DOB NOW), via NYC Open Data. Permit counts reflect the scale of permit-requiring work and confirm an active Master Plumber license; they are nota quality or popularity score. Routine service calls don't require permits, so a small-jobs plumber may have few or none.
