Best for a full gut renovation
Sunrise Renovation
Sunrise Renovation handles full gut jobs: down to the studs, a new kitchen and bath, a reworked floor plan. It's a Flushing firm a Park Slope homeowner brought in for a full gut and recommended on Park Slope Parents. Its NYC Home Improvement Contractor license is currently active. As with any gut, get the line-item scope in writing before you sign.

Permit counts reflect the scale of permit-requiring work and confirm an active Master Plumber license; they are nota quality or popularity score. Routine service calls don't require permits, so a small-jobs plumber may have few or none.
